We visit BSP regularly from Ontario. A stop at the brasserie is mandatory for a selection to bring back home. Flavours are well developed and definate. Servers happy to help even with my limited capabilities in French.
We had a meal there.Portions are generousWe ate fried pickles and onion rings as a starter... wow it was really good... the tartare and fish&chips were just as good.Good beer and great service... We will definitely go back

Found this place by accident. A fortunate accident!!We were really happy with the whole experience. I got to try different gins, while my friends sampled the ciders and meads. It's not often you find a micro- with these choices. Jean-Guy was super helpful and friendly.The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the lack of something to nibble on while trying the samples. Otherwise if I'm ever back this way, I'll be sure to return.
