I went to dinner (there were 10 of us), it took 50 minutes to get our dishes. We were on 2 tables, 5 of us not only received their dishes well in advance but ate 3/4 before the other table received our plate.

they redid the main course, because I believe the waitress had made a mistake when I ordered or the chef had not noticed. No fat, no sauce etc... excellent, fast and courteous service.

Very nice dining room in a remarkable hotel, congratulations to the managers for having integrated pizza into their day and evening menu cooked in a wood oven 🪵 it is delicious and at a reasonable price.

Delicious tartare, expanded menus, farm items on the menu. I loved the NEIPA in Charlevoix and the table d’hôte with the cheerful coffee at the end! A beautiful varied table! Fireplace in the restaurant
