Highly recommend experiencing Les Labours. Our party of five thoroughly enjoyed an exceptional dining experience, where every dish was prepared and served with remarkable precision. We sampled selections from both the Experience and Table menus, all of which were presented with great attention to detail. The open kitchen layout significantly enhanced our visit, and we would like to thank your team for such a memorable meal.
Outstanding restaurant. Truly worthy of its Michelin stars. Very knowledgeable sommelier who recommended an excellent wine from the region. Oysters, steak and best gluten free dessert I’ve ever eaten. Very solicitous of gluten intolerance with excellent options. Out standing desserts from their pastry chef. Lime cake dessert ( pictured) is exquisite.
The food and service were excellent ! Could not recommend it more.

Restaurant Les Labours offers a superb culinary experience with excellent food. The tuna, smoked salmon, veal rice, and duck dishes were all delicious and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the wines served complemented the meal well. The atmosphere can be lively, especially when preparing for events like New Year's Eve, which may create some noise. However, the overall dining experience remains truly excellent. Guests appreciated the explanation of dishes and flavors, and enjoyed meeting the chefs of the evening. The sommelier’s recommendations were highly valued, and the music duo added to the ambiance. The restaurant's decor and comfort contribute to a pleasant stay, especially if staying overnight at the hotel. The staff was professional and caring, providing a warm welcome. The buffet offering was abundant and diverse, though some guests wished for more vegetarian options and more attentive service during coffee service. Despite some service delays, particularly at busy times, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere make Restaurant Les Labours a memorable place to dine. Chef Charles Gignac and the team deserve recognition for their dedication to a high-quality culinary experience.
