Never visit this place unless you’ve got absolutely no other choice.
1 - No communication in English: I get it, this is Quebec, but at least knowing a few words in ONE of the TWO official languages of the country wouldn’t hurt.
2 - I spoke entirely in French, yet the staff was so careless that the entire order was WRONG.
3 - BE KIND! there’s no need to act like customers aren’t welcome here.
4 - I can’t believe how low the food quality was! I’ve been to dozens of branches, and this one is BY FAR the WORST.

Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had at Tim Horton's. Poor customer service from start to finish got my order wrong twice and overcharged. Left frustrated.

Horrible attitude and lack of caring from the staff. Messed up our drink AND food order and refused to fix it for us. We waited over 20mins for just our coffee, and longer for our food- both which were wrong. We still paid full price for food we did not get. HORRIBLE
Sunday 12.20 arriving with the drive through. 13.05 we had our drinks. 2 coffee and à ice coffee. Not sure that comments earlier were done but not much changed.

No matter what, it's getting worse and worse in this place 25 min order from the car at 9:30 in the morning let's not see during peak hours there

Drive-thru service today Sunday around 1 p.m. Very cold potato wedges with tim club without bacon. More than 20 minutes of waiting in total, 2 employees on duty at this time. Disappointed and this is not the first disappointment at this restaurant. There is definitely a lack in management or training.

Closed dining room. Excruciatingly slow drive-thru service. I really don't recommend going there. Having known I would have gone to McDonald's.

No service, kitchen closed, I wanted to place an order inside while my truck was loading on the nearby terminals at 3:00 p.m. I waited in line at the drive-thru, the employee ignored me next to him, I left.

I just went through the drive-thru, I took a medium latte, I took the road to Quebec. From the first sip I felt that the coffee is cold, I added a 2nd sip..is yes they prepared it by mistake this morning, they kept it to have a lucky customer like me. I'll come back in a month and we'll see
