The only problem, I don't know if it's just me but the speaker in the drive-thru is faulty, we can't understand what they're saying.

Drive-thru service today Sunday around 1 p.m. Very cold potato wedges with tim club without bacon. More than 20 minutes of waiting in total, 2 employees on duty at this time. Disappointed and this is not the first disappointment at this restaurant. There is definitely a lack in management or training.

I just went through the drive-thru, I took a medium latte, I took the road to Quebec. From the first sip I felt that the coffee is cold, I added a 2nd sip..is yes they prepared it by mistake this morning, they kept it to have a lucky customer like me. I'll come back in a month and we'll see

You should adjust your opening hours. It's quite ordinary to take a detour at 5 a.m. and turn around since it's still closed at 5:45 a.m.
