The employees started playing really loud latino music through out the kitchen which was very annoying when you're trying to have a quiet drink with a friend. Not saying that music is annoying but loud music is when you're in a "coffee shop" and the employees are yelling at each other because the music is overbearing their voices. So annoyed. Never coming here for some catching up with friends.

I want to come here for lunch on those days when I don’t have time to prepare lunch for work and there have been a lot of mistakes lately. Ciabatta burnt to black, regular latte instead of brownie latte, they constantly forget about the donuts that I order. This all really spoils the impression of the establishment and is very upsetting. because when I only have a 15-minute break at work and I come here for delicious coffee, I spend time explaining why I need to change coffee. This is disappointing.

Always the same thing ! The drive-thru order is bilingual but when you get to the window the girl doesn't speak and doesn't even want to make the effort to say the amount in French, even after asking to speak my language! It’s not a big conversation in French but just an amount and saying thank you, is that too much to ask for? it was 31-1-2024 at 8 am

Je commence à prendre ma commande en français, elle comprend rien et me parle en anglais, ça commence mal, je fait un effort pour parler en anglais pis a comprend pas plus et je suis parfaitement bilingue, ben a moment donner tbk prend toi pas une job au service à clientèle si tu peux pas communiquer dans aucune des deux langues officielles

I’d give this places service a -5 star review if I could.As a previous Tim Hortons team leader and having a friend who worked at this tims in particular, their service is horrendous.1. When ordering through the drive through, no hi, no bye, no please advance, no thank you. All that was said is “Tim hortons” & “advance”2. Usually if one ordered a few honeys, it is given in a bag. In this scenario I was given the honeys by hand and had to specify for a napkin and stir straw. No bag for my wrap either as if I’m supposed to throw the garbage on my car floor.3. Instead of telling you they don’t have potato wedges for the farmers wrap, they’ll just give you potato wedges and mayo instead of chipotle. If you’re expecting one thing, you should get that thing and not something completely different. After calling in and complaining about that they’re only response was “we just got our hashbrowns so we’ve been putting potato wedges in peoples sandwich’s all day” (ruins the taste)4. Bugs always flying on the pastriesI could go on and on but i doubt they would actually listen and change their bad procedures that they have been following for years

I’ve actually never been to such a bad Tim Hortons in my life that’s all I have to say. Always the worst service, today I asked if I can do an order on two bills and the manager legitimately screamed in the mic and said that i couldn’t. I actually don’t know how there even open still.

Jade is so rude. Smacked the counter at the drive through to get our attention because she had our drink in her hand rather than just telling us. Potato wedges are so over cooked too.
