I want to come here for lunch on those days when I don’t have time to prepare lunch for work and there have been a lot of mistakes lately. Ciabatta burnt to black, regular latte instead of brownie latte, they constantly forget about the donuts that I order. This all really spoils the impression of the establishment and is very upsetting. because when I only have a 15-minute break at work and I come here for delicious coffee, I spend time explaining why I need to change coffee....read full review
Always the same thing ! The drive-thru order is bilingual but when you get to the window the girl doesn't speak and doesn't even want to make the effort to say the amount in French, even after asking to speak my language! It’s not a big conversation in French but just an amount and saying thank you, is that too much to ask for? it was 31-1-2024 at 8 am

The employees started playing really loud latino music through out the kitchen which was very annoying when you're trying to have a quiet drink with a friend. Not saying that music is annoying but loud music is when you're in a "coffee shop" and the employees are yelling at each other because the music is overbearing their voices. So annoyed. Never coming here for some catching up with friends.
