Pleasant atmosphere, great service..great area,,,well served
I was with my friend in the drive thru we had 2 receipts and I don’t have the tim’s app but my friend does and we were paying separately. The worker named Julia was at the window serving us and my friend wanted to scan her tim’s points for my order like we usually do and she said “you can’t scan you’re points on your friend order unless your paying for her” ???? like who says that??? The staff here consistently do a fine job but running out of food seems to be a regularity. If your company's sole responsibility is to serve food, make sure you have enough stock to get you through the day. Hoping that A&W expands Pret-A-Manger into QC as soon as possible to inject some healthy competition into what's been the same market for way too long. Competition is healthy.
