Ben & Florentine is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. We stopped by for lunch, and while the place was quite busy, the service was slower than we expected. However, the food made up for it—it was delicious and satisfying.

Our portions weren’t just big—they were huge! It’s definitely a place where you won’t leave hungry. If you’re looking for hearty meals and don’t mind waiting a bit when it’s crowded, Ben & Florentine is worth a visit.

Saturday December 14 at 12:30 p.m., we ask for a seat, because some are free in the right section. We are told the section on the right is closed and the waitress (Madame blonde) wants nothing to do with serving customers at 12:30 p.m. We are a couple with a 20 month old child. We ask for a supervisor, but we are told that there is no supervisor on site, and one of the servers (30-35 year old boy, with zero leadership), when a colleague asks him if another server can take the relay, he replied very stupidly - ask him yourself...
For Claudia (owner), a course in politeness, leadership and service to your team should be a priority, especially representing a banner like @ben&florentine.
Eve, as for her, deserves to receive congratulations, and to supervise the team since there is no one there on the weekend, because it was she who took charge of our waiting and who took the trouble to check if a bench in front of the kitchen would become available. Finally, due to the negligence of the waiters, we left.

Eve, congratulations on your service, your pro-action, empathy and intelligence!

It would be nice to be looked at when we enter the restaurant. The employees ignore us when the restaurant is quite empty. Saturday December 7 around 1 p.m.

It’s good because the service was okay, but for real the food is pitiful… it’s disappointing, I’ll never come again. Cold meal, not hot. The potatoes were dry, no taste, the sausages were soft... dry bacon and it's cheap for $20 a plate, you don't get what you pay for. The coffee is not drinkable... they don't even put fruit on your plate. The French toast is soft… the Hollandaise sauce tasteless..

By far one of the best restaurants in Quebec! Always impeccable service. To try it is to adopt it. All the staff are super nice. The portions.... huge haha

Vegetarian options: Several meat-free options

Dietary restrictions: Warning for your allergies. They take it to heart

Parking: The parking lot is large and easily accessible! Welcome everyone

Kid-friendliness: Provide pencils and drawings for children! Great idea

Wheelchair accessibility: They are on the 1st floor so easily accessible for wheelchairs

We went to the B&F in Beauharnois today. There is a lack of space and the service is long for simple lunches. I can't imagine if you order more complex dishes.

People with reduced mobility are not welcome.
We were treated poorly because we asked to be placed at a table where there was little space for our 2 motorized wheelchairs.
The restaurant was 2/3 empty, there were 5 waiters standing around, none of them took the trouble to help us or show us a table.

Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility
