We went for the first time last night. My partner had the table d’hôte Risotto plate and I had the Angus flank steak with port. It was a real delight, a real happiness. The place is really beautiful, intimate with very welcoming and professional staff. This is a bistro that I highly recommend. We have become loyal customers at this place. Bistro Fernand is a top-quality place to eat, making you feel you are in the middle of Paris rather than yards from the Saint Lawrence. The decor is what you would expect at a bistro and the service is professional, cordial and personal. Owner Diane met us at the door. What a great find! A true hidden gem. Perfect for date night or a group dinner. Very warm and cozy atmosphere, excellent menu & food and the service is OUTSTANDING! Diane treated us like gold, top notch service! Staff was also very careful when handling our food allergies. ORDER THE CRÈME BRULÉE (you're welcome) Highly recommend!
