First time at this branch and they got my order wrong. Asked for 2 chef's choice and then a 2 leg meal. I paid thought it was expensive and waited. Brought me 4 boxes - 2 single legs meals and two chef choice. My individual 2 leg were the expensive part. Check ur bills/orders.

Every time we order takeout there’s a mistake in our order or something’s missing. If they would at least compensate/make-up for their mistakes in another way, but no they don’t. Their service is definitely not their strength lol

I've been eating there twice now. First time, 20 minutes wait for a regular poutine. The second time, after noticing that customers who had just arrived had received their meals, I had to go to the counters to claim my plate!! The waiter's excuse; sorry I was looking for you... Calvere what are your pagers for if you don't use them! I waited 30 minutes before starting to eat and was late for work because of it! Fuck off with your 25% tip

Last time I ordered from Benny Beauharnois, there was a delay in delivery (that's not the first time), I had to call the restaurant to find out if my order had left (that's not the first time either). first time), the young girl told me that he had just left with my order, I live like 2 minutes by car from the restaurant, so I find it hard to believe that he had just left since my meal was cold and the fries were super soft and not well cooked as I had requested in addition to being in a state of decomposition, I had the impression of eating old fries that came from a leftover plate. Couple's dinner on September 24, 2024. Two dark meat club sandwiches for $14.25 each with soup included for me and unlimited soft drink from a fountain for my wife. Total of $35.39 with taxes and tip. We appreciated that the 8% tip option was offered when paying and that's what we gave. The service was partially offered. We order at the counter and we bring our orders to the table we choose. We are satisfied with our meals. The restaurant is very clean and well ventilated. We breathe well there. There seem to be daily specials. Yesterday was the clubs. $14.25 has become reasonable these days for a meal. We recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. Thanks to our waitress named Carolane who did her job well. We offer you six photos, two of which are the receipts.

I have ordered several times since opening, delivery, drive-thru, online ordering and also directly in the restaurant. Almost every time something was missing in my orders (fries, sauce, cheese (poutine version), extra rice...etc. On site it's fine, but when it's take out or delivery it becomes vrm tiring since something is always missing and we have to call back, wait for someone to come and bring us the missing item or take a credit for our next order.
This Sunday, I'm having a meal delivered in a poutine version, without cheese yet....I call and they offer to come and bring me the cheese or a credit. I am requesting a refund because I no longer think I will order from this place. I am told that it is not possible and that the manager will call me back the next day. I was called when I was working but no message left on voicemail nothing. Since then, nothing. By adding up the extras, poutine version and other omissions, that's a lot of money in the void.
Not to mention that orders to bring online (pre-order) take more than 30 minutes to collect on site. I was made to wait 35 minutes in the car at 7:00 p.m. last month and told "it won't be long" when in the end my order was in the warmer while I waited for nothing.
It's over for me.

The only time the delivery took longer, the manager called the next day to offer a $15 discount on the next order, without me even making a negative comment on the service, 1 hour to wait at rush hour this isn't that bad (Usually it's always around 30 minutes). I've seen a lot worse elsewhere.
