On est allé aujourd'hui vers 13 h 00 au Benny&Co mon conjoint et moi on est resté en ligne plus de 5 minutes avant de commander, un autre homme est arrivé derrière nous. La préposée au comptoir de service était au téléphone, appel personnel c'était évident. Le monsieur derrière nous était exaspéré. La préposée nous regardait et discutait. Après 12 minutes ont a décidé de partir sans même avoir commandé. Le monsieur aussi a quitté. J'ai parlé fort en lui disant qu'elle venait de perdre 3 clients. Elle a levé les épaules et a continué à discuter au téléphone. Je suis désolé pour vous le proprio ou le directeur que vos employés se moquent des clients devant eux. Pourtant c'est vos clients qui vous font vivre alors faites-y attention et servez les comme votre publicité. Cette préposée ne devrait pas être devant le public mais derrière à laver la vaisselle. Merci.

Knock of of Swiss chalet& St Huberts. They take your order at the counter and you come back to get it so kinda cafeteria style. Chicken good. Gravy meh. Washroom were nice. Atemosohere was inviting..cold, no decor but I think it's support to be just an in and out restaurant. Staff were polite.

The order took too long to be served (15 + mins) but fortunately the server realized how long it had taken and reimbursed the cost of the food... so I would say for a free meal it was good! 😁

First time at this branch and they got my order wrong. Asked for 2 chef's choice and then a 2 leg meal. I paid thought it was expensive and waited. Brought me 4 boxes - 2 single legs meals and two chef choice. My individual 2 leg were the expensive part. Check ur bills/orders.

After ordering a regular poutine and one with chicken, let's say that the cheese can be counted easily and what about the chicken, 3 pieces that I shredded to make it a little more disappointed. Probably next time if it has, I would order a club sandwich that has enough chicken…

Every time we order takeout there’s a mistake in our order or something’s missing. If they would at least compensate/make-up for their mistakes in another way, but no they don’t. Their service is definitely not their strength lol

It took 25 minutes to get served, they served everybody before us. I had to go get my food and it was standing there on the counter top.
I've been eating there twice now. First time, 20 minutes wait for a regular poutine. The second time, after noticing that customers who had just arrived had received their meals, I had to go to the counters to claim my plate!! The waiter's excuse; sorry I was looking for you... Calvere what are your pagers for if you don't use them! I waited 30 minutes before starting to eat and was late for work because of it! Fuck off with your 25% tip

Last time I ordered from Benny Beauharnois, there was a delay in delivery (that's not the first time), I had to call the restaurant to find out if my order had left (that's not the first time either). first time), the young girl told me that he had just left with my order, I live like 2 minutes by car from the restaurant, so I find it hard to believe that he had just left since my meal was cold and the fries were super soft and not well cooked as I had requested in addition to being in a state of decomposition, I had the impression of eating old fries that came from a leftover plate. Too bad because I liked to order a good Benny on occasion, but now I find that they have lost quite a few for some time. I'm sorry but Benny it's over for me.
