Horrible experience!! First they did my order wrong. Employees were rude when i politely asked to get my order redone they refused to make a new one or refund my order. I was insulted( called the B word) , wrongfully spoken to. I called to talk with a manager, explained the situation was told i should get a refund and a call back took my information they never contacted me again. Very rude employees overall bad service.
The L combo purchased today (10/22/2023) was delicious.However, the experience at the checkout was disastrous. I bring a 'pre-prepared' L combo as well as a sauce. Price displayed: 34.95 + 1.25 + tax. It should have cost me $41.63.The young lady tells me that it will be $48.22. I tell him that it is impossible, to please see the label on the products purchased. Worst service ever, staff is rude, they don't answer phones, when you go in they tell you a few nagiri and hosomaki will take 2 hours to prepare, absolute joke of a sushi shop, an embarrassment to the franchise name, at least iga is next door.
