Visit the Châteauguay branch for better service… I placed an order online 5 days in advance and called the day before pickup to confirm everything was correct. I was told that orders placed in advance took priority over others. When I arrived to collect my order at the requested time, the team hadn't even started preparing it yet! I had to wait another 40 minutes, with no apology. The team is very junior, that explains it... One of the young people in preparation coughed over the food, honestly I almost canceled my order out of disgust. In short, trust the reviews read here and go to another branch!

Change your serious employees, we are not even able to get served on an evening when there are no customers. We call and get hung up on. Honestly worst service ever.

Even offered to prepare a new platter of sushi for me, this place leaves much to be desired but for the cashier and her good service I would go back!
Sushi rolls were poorly rolled. The ingredients were ok and at times poorly seasoned. The customer service at the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Five years ago my wife and i told ourselves that we would never go back. We gave it one last shot and what a disappointment it was. One hundred percent not worth spending your hard earned money here!!!!

Very disappointed with their service. No professionalism on the part of the manager. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IT DOES NOT WORK. He gets angry with you because you just want to get your money back, but his employees are not trained. Then he makes you feel like you're the problem.

Barely arrived with my 2 young children the young man between his call on the phone and the cashier said to us "have you ordered?" I replied that no he didn't even give us time to ask that we would like to eat there that he would stop saying there is 1h20 waiting I tell him that I have never seen that especially when the restaurant is empty with only 3 customers eating I understand that deliveries are important but in catering we favor the meal on site for the 'picture! I have known sushi shop for years but this young man dares to tell me after getting his phone back in between to tell me we don't make burgers here!!! (For his excuse of waiting) I was between shock, laughter and the desire to say three words to him in his mouth, in short I will never set foot there again!!! Too bad the restaurant is clean the front and nickel makes you want to go back but inside zero zero zero service and arrogance

Two negative experiences. Unfortunately, it was the last.
1- The sushi was poorly rolled and uneven in condiments;
2- I took the time to call to order. When I arrived, he didn't have my order. I had to wait 30 minutes;

The service I received today (I must say it's a first time at this level) was very cold. Reception and service not very friendly. While usually the service is still pleasant.
My sushi choices were simple. With spicy mayonnaise in 2 of my choices... which ultimately wasn't in there. So dry sushi and not much taste.
Brief.
For the price it is as is, I don't mind paying when it's for quality. But there I found my sushi very ordinary.

I took a tray already made, super fresh and nothing to say! The staff called me several times to tell me that they had found my wallet! What a joy, a big thank you!! Super honesty counts!

No welcome. Not even a hello. There are 3 of them...I ask for 2x avocado and 1x smoked salmon hosomaki. Ready to leave I only see 1x of each. No rush on a Tuesday 4:30 p.m.! I tell him what I ordered and he tells me I didn't charge them!!! Ok. Then??!! If I had been in your place for such a small order of 3x 6pcs I would have done them quickly and apologized!!! (That I will have taken out my card a second time to pay for your forgetfulness) He hands me everything and asks me if I want another sauce (just 1x soy) I tell him yes of course 1x sesame.. he answers me it's a extra! Why ask me if I want another sauce then?! The 3 behind the counter no smile, hello or good evening! Nothing niet nada! Too bad for the franchisee!!
