Pizzéria du parc Bécancour offers excellent food that customers love, but some are disappointed by the lack of consistent service. Despite the delicious meals, the restaurant struggles with answering calls and respecting opening hours. However, those who do manage to dine in are impressed with the timely service. The establishment is commended for its efforts, even though there may be room for improvement in customer communication and operating hours.
