The beef carpacio was fantastic! I really wanted to love the pasta but neither dish seemed to feature homemade pasta which I would expect with a restaurant like this. (carbonara and ricco) If it was homemade, it was thick and a little gummy, not thinner and more delicate. The pappardelle was subbed in the carbonara for penne, but both noodles had the same problem (the pappardelle a little less gummy than the penne).
