Contrary to other reviews, I found the staff to be very kind and helpful (Fairview location). My only complaint is the flavors. They are not bad, just really not that great. I chose three: Rum raisin, Millefeuille and Vanilla (have to always try a classic flavor for comparison).
Rum Raisin: Too sweet, odd texture (kind of grainy) and tasted like a synthetic rum imitation vs actual rum flavor.
