I would still have liked to have choices of salads with animal protein so that my meal would last me a little longer and considering the price paid. I recommend the place without hesitation.”

Tasty sea urchin pannacota but the beetroot starter was too vinegary. Leg of deer not tender. Tasty chocolate mousse. Canelés as well as small choux pastry offered with the compliments of the house. The accompaniment of the correct wines makes the Chablis of Malandes unforgettable. My last visit more than 10 years ago, the next time there is no rush”
