First time in my life that I have done a review on Google…..honestly I go to Basha frequently, it was my first and last time in Bois des Filions, I ordered a pita trio. Cold potato complements bland no spice/taste, chicken sandwich dry but at a higher level! The pita following their panini grill tasted like burnt paper…… I strongly advise against it

I bought a pita shish taou k and garlic potatoes. There was no mea whatsoever t in the pita and no sauce for the potatoes. The woman at the counter told me only after I had paid that sauce is extra $. I don't understand how are garlic potatoes garlic potatoes without garlic sauce? It was definitely my first and last time going there!

I don’t understand how you can get so many mistakes for a Simple order. I spent 109$ with Uber they forgot 4 drinks + dry potatoes no garlic sauce and the shawarma plate was so dry it looked like wood. I will never order here again it’s so ridiculous

Back after several months, it was a question of giving the restaurant a chance. I ordered a sandwich + potato combo. The chicken in the sandwich was extremely dry, the potatoes came without garlic sauce, because according to the manager "the potatoes were marinated in garlic" so the sauce is extra (1.50 per small jar). The combo costs more than other Basha, all without sauce. Managers should really take into consideration the bad comments that are accumulating, and change their strategy...
Healthy chicken platter, overly salty salads that tasted so bad or even rancid, not much choice for these. The vine leaves were slimy, the chicken was super dry, so I threw my plate away!!!! My partner's pitas were dry, made him feel queasy and what's more, the trio always comes with a garlic sauce but not this time we had to pay extra. $53 poorly invested! NEVER AGAIN stay away!!!!
Not open at open hours no answers on the phone.
I just ate at this restaurant, and I felt like I was ripped off. I ordered a beef shawarma trio for $18.50, but the sandwiches were really too small, with lots of green salad and barely 30 grams of meat. Besides, it wasn't good at all.
When I asked the waiter about it, he simply replied: “That’s how our sandwiches are.” Then, when I started taking photos to post here, he asked me not to and offered to add some meat.
Honestly, this is the first and last time I eat at this place. I strongly advise you not to visit this restaurant: you risk being disappointed.

I passed by hoping that this time would be better than the first time which was quite ordinary. It cost me $30 for a sandwich too much sauce, two vine leaves no sauce 1baklava for $4 still not given potatoes with garlic no mayo and I asked him for news because it was quite Old just to see and to finish falafel (2) so cooked it was like powder...so this restaurant is not at all managed as it should and the food very expensive for the waste I ate just a half 😡😡.

It was good when it opened, but the portions decreased, the prices increased, and the food (potatoes, poutine, chicken) served cold.
Very small portion of garlic sauce, and you have to pay a lot extra to get more... The Amir from Terrebonne Ouest is much better.

$17.50 for a Shish Taouk pita trio is 27% more expensive than at Amir and the garlic sauce is not included. The quality and freshness are not there either.

I always eat at basha restaurants, but at this branch they serve everything except meat. They literally make you smell the meat on the plate. 2,3 small pieces of meat and the other with plenty of salad. I never recommend it. also very expensive

I'm looking to encourage local. Reading the comments I certainly wouldn't go to your place. It’s up to the owners to adjust. Because today, yes, we even rely a lot on opinions.
Good luck.
