I've been going to this patisserie for a long time
And it was always good...and everything was fine

But for more than a year when I go to get croissants or chocolatines
I always end up with heartburn... difficult to digest... terrible swelling and I tell myself this is my last time going there because each time I don't feel well...

But after more than 3 months of not having been
I went there on Monday and after a croissant I was burning.. swollen more than the last time.. intestinal pain and was not able to eat so much that I had burning pain... and I had stomach aches... I go to the bathroom and I just want to sleep because I'm so sick
It looks like I ate gluten directly or was contaminated × 1000
I start to feel better after 2 days
This is my last time at this bakery (boisbriand)

During a walk my wife and I passed this ''Gluten-free'' bakery to get croissants
Result: Contaminated with gluten, Heartburn, swelling and in bed for 2 days

Excellent gluten-free bakery. Unmatched to this day for me. You can even buy delicious puff pastry every time and the croissants are delicious. So far everything is delicious.

The pastries are amazing. But the fact that your tipping starts at 20% is insane.
