I'm French and I think the bread is good, as are the pastries!

Oh my, it’s so good!

Real croissants, airy inside, which crispy on the outside when you bite into them. Then not too sweet, just enough to dip in hot chocolate.

Real bread! Not the kind that everyone buys in supermarkets. Compact, with plenty inside. It fills the belly well. I feel like I'm traveling with local people to the top of a mountain in the Vosges when I eat it. Perfect with a terrine or for morning toast.

The brioche, OMG, better than what I have tasted (in comparison with France, Gilg, Meert and others)! You start it, it doesn't wait to be finished.

There's nothing to say, I think that if you put this bakery in France, it would shine alongside the big names! It looks industrial in appearance, but the product is of high quality. I love it, don’t change anything!

Congratulations on all the work, which must not have been easy...

What a magnificent discovery!
We were a few minutes early for an appointment and came across your bakery. YUM!!
The sourdough bread (the Savory) is delicious, the apple turnover is great (and what can we say about its size ?) and the croissants are perfect.
In addition, the prices are completely acceptable!
We're not from the area, but next time we're in Boucherville, we'll definitely come back!
Hats off to the team!

We recommend!

I would have easily given it 5 stars but paying with the tip prevents me... on the other hand, the breads and pastries are extraordinary.

Breads and croissants are to die for! Pastries are average though (IMO)
No gluten free options.

The apple turnovers are divine, I would add a little more apple pieces for more crunch, the croissants and chocolatines are excellent! Courteous service, with a beautiful smile too! What happiness!

Welcoming place and top service. That said, the pastries, bread and ham focaccia we tested did not live up to my expectations.Crunchy ham to the bite. Quickly elastic, chewy sliced bread. And very heavy lightning in the mouth. Millefeuille is very good.Good potential to do better.
