I would have easily given it 5 stars but paying with the tip prevents me... on the other hand, the breads and pastries are extraordinary.

Real croissants, airy inside, which crispy on the outside when you bite into them. Then not too sweet, just enough to dip in hot chocolate.
Real bread! Not the kind that everyone buys in supermarkets. Compact, with plenty inside. It fills the belly well. I feel like I'm traveling with local people to the top of a mountain in the Vosges when I eat it. Perfect with a terrine or for morning toast.
