Good morning,I've been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time because it's the closest to my house. So, I am a regular customer.I'm sorry to bring this up, but lately the service has deteriorated greatly! When I place an order at the drive-thru, I never wait less than 10 minutes and very often, what I ordered is cold or my latte has no sugar… I understand that we are short of staff and than to engage young people, it's not easy, but often, I don't even have a "Hello"...
