Located in Bromont at the intersection of Bromont & Shefford with the ski hill insight, L'Etrier is a small-ish, quaint bistro sevring a traditional offering of breakfast options: eggs benedict, french toast and the like.We had Smoked Salmon Benedict (tasty) and Waffle with Eggs (good but the waffles were very dry and surprisingly flakey).The service is good. My partner and I liked this restaurant. It would be preferable to reserve. The coffee is very good. The food is excellent. Finally ! A restaurant that serves fruits different from the competition such as: mango, banana, apple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, watermelon for lunch. We will go back there for dinner.
