Best day ever with most beautiful scenery
Treated a friend badly and wouldn't allow her to change her date on her e ticket because of the snow storm/ bad weather. In my expérience I only went once and there was hardly any staff working and since it was my first time going there I didn't really know where to go or what was open
I have eaten here a couple of times over the past few years and up until now have really enjoyed the food however this has unfortunately been my most disappointing visit. As others have mentioned the dining seems to spoil the wonderful experience of the spa.
