“Reviewing Kam Fung Brossard is similar to going to the beach looking for waves to surf on. You never know what you're going to get.
Throughout my years of dining there, I've eaten the best and worst chinese food ever cooked there as well as experienced the best (waiters being very helpful to us) and worst service ever (chasing after waiters).
First of all, I highly recommend AVOIDING THIS PLACE ON THE WEEKEND. It struggles hard to cover the size of the dining room.
If there are any other tips the owners would like to share with me in order to have a consistently pleasant experience, I'm all ears.“
“Dim sum here was amazing. Prices were reasonable and the location opened at 1130 AM on the dot. Shortly after they had the carts flying from the kitchen. Some of the must orders include the shu mai, har gow, chicken feet, beef with bean curd and definitely the pork ribs. The location itself its very clean including the bathrooms. They take Covid very seriously. The entire staff is wearing gloves and masks. The sauces come in pockets or the small sauce containers. You can tell this place is good when its packed right when it opens on a random week day. Highly recommend Kam Fung if you quality dim sum.“

The service was quick, friendly, and super attentive. The food was delicious from start to finish, and every dish came out fresh and full of flavor. The cocktails were on point—well-balanced and so good I could’ve had another round. The whole vibe of the place is just perfect: fun, welcoming, and a great spot to enjoy a night out. Highly recommend!“

Clear menu with pictures that help you to choose from. You will have something that suits everyone here. There is also seating inside.“

“Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Chef Tang und probierten die Frühlingsrollen, Sesambälle und Nudeln mit Hühnchen. Es hat fantastisch geschmeckt! Für wenig Geld erhielten wir große Portionen. Super !“

“Classic Cantonese dim sum that still has cart service at brunch. The food is fresh and tasty and the service ranges from excellent to curmudgeonly but isn't that the charm? Don't be put off by reviews that don't understand the humor in gruff service. Super spacious so easy for groups.“

“Best place for Chinese dim sum in Montreal island ..lots of classic yummy dishes on menu to order from
Came here a couple of times
Parking is a bit difficult
Always crowed and pack here
Especially on weekends
Bathrooms are average clean
But some dishes aren’t not well washed
Mine got lipstick stain …eww gross 😒
Overall good service and quick
