great beef noodle soup, freshly made noodles, hand-pulled to order. broth is so flavourful!
We stopped by Kung Fu Ramen on last Saturday evening after visiting the apple farm. We found this restaurant on Google while we were on our way home, and we’re so glad we decided to give it a try!

The best Chinese noodles in Montreal. Good food, good portions at a good price. I've spent at least 1500$ here over the years

Nouilles KungFu serves good food. The broths for the soups are amazing and clean tasting. Customers can select the width of their noodles and see them being prepped through the window to the kitchen. The noodle dishes are great, and the Dan Dan noodles are delish. The cold sesame chicken noodle salad could have been more flavorful with more vinegar. The banging cucumbers are a highlight.
The portions used to be generous, but recently, the portions of noodles in the bowl and the number of slices of beef have decreased. However, the service has much improved, and the waiters now check on customers to see if they are happy with their order. The service is good, and the staff answers questions. Customers order with their phone and pay at the register.
Nouilles KungFu is not a fast food place, but a restaurant that serves traditional hand-pulled noodle dishes made on site. The broth is delicious, and the prices are very affordable. The restaurant is small, pleasant, and cozy, with great service. Nouilles KungFu is highly recommended, and customers will definitely come back.
