Repeat customer, always take-out so can't really comment on the dining experience, which goes from empty to very busy depending on day of week. Living a few minutes away, food arrives home good and hot, they separate broth to ensure noodles don't get soggy. Have not tested many dishes, 2-3 soups only, but returning to preferred selection since really tasty. Happy to have such a restaurant close by in a small strip mall on Rome blvd. Recommended and will return!
Noodles made on the spot to your preferred thickness? One of the best broths I've had, I just wish the bowl had more meat, I had like 6 small pieces of meat and way too much noodles.
Been wanting to come here for a long time. Absolutely the best noodles I’ve had in Quebec. Sooooo fresh. Nothing like it. The spice level is perfect and the seasoning is flawless. Will be back for sure.

Nouilles KungFu serves good food. The broths for the soups are amazing and clean tasting. Customers can select the width of their noodles and see them being prepped through the window to the kitchen. The noodle dishes are great, and the Dan Dan noodles are delish. The cold sesame chicken noodle salad could have been more flavorful with more vinegar. The banging cucumbers are a highlight.
The portions used to be generous, but recently, the portions of noodles in the bowl and the number of slices of beef have decreased. However, the service has much improved, and the waiters now check on customers to see if they are happy with their order. The service is good, and the staff answers questions. Customers order with their phone and pay at the register.
Nouilles KungFu is not a fast food place, but a restaurant that serves traditional hand-pulled noodle dishes made on site. The broth is delicious, and the prices are very affordable. The restaurant is small, pleasant, and cozy, with great service. Nouilles KungFu is highly recommended, and customers will definitely come back.
