The staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. The chicken had a nice crispy outside but the chicken itself was weirdly wet and gelatinous. It was really weird. Great fries and spicy mayo, loved the macaroni salad...but for a chicken place, the chicken was not worth it. Maybe it was this particular location but yea...we're not going back. Also the tables weren't clean.

Though I found it to be overpriced, the chicken was actually awesome. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Really liked the sauces, too. The staff looked somewhat miserable and the order took a very long time to receive despite us being the only family at the place. Their only bathroom was not in service when we were there, and my three-year old had to go. The cashier just shrugged and told us to go to the bathroom situated outside, despite the pouring rain. ?♀️...

My only complaint is that it appears that everything is only cooked after you order so "bone in" (as they call it) was going to be 25 minutes so we ended up getting "boneless" which was still a 10 minute wait. This was around 1pm on a Thursday.The fries have a very thin crispy coating and are quite good.The chicken had a light flaky almost tempura type of batter and was very good. They have many different dipping saucesWould we return? Yes. But we would budget...
