I’ve been a loyal customer and always get my meat from here, but what I saw while ordering a sandwich was unacceptable, the staff handled food with bare hands after touching everything around him and god knows where his hands were before .. no gloves at all! That’s a serious hygiene issue!!
Gloves aren’t optional when handling food for customers, they’re a must! I hope you change this..

very unprofessional stuff on weekends, the Pakistani guy with glasses is extremely rude , his colleague made a mistake instead of apologizing for the mistake he yelled at me saying i didn't pay the amount fully

I'm in the store and I'm really dissatisfied because my family's meals arrive before more than 15 minutes and I'm waiting because the person who prepares the meals is very slow, it's the first and last time to eat here, I am disappointed and do not recommend.

I bought meat there and when I arrived home I found it all rotten inside.. they put bad meat with fresh meat and mixed everything together. The worst part is that I also noticed that the packing date on the label was printed for the next day, hence they also trick the customers. This is even more disappointing when they label their meat as halal..

A quaint place to buy nice cuts of meat at great prices. The take out side is good, but slow, as the food is prepared fresh. This is not a “sit down” restaurant, though there are tables and chairs—more of a butcher shop with the option to buy prepared meats to go, which are very tasty.
