After waiting an hour for our delivery we called the restaurant to get an update, only to discover that the order hadn't even left yet. The person on the phone blamed the driver, traffic and that he got too many orders and guaranteed we would have it in 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes, we called back and someone else answered, appologised and told us it would arrive in 3-4 minutes. It's been 15 minutes since that call and still no delivery. Wow.
