I redeemed my birthday treat today at 5:33pm and when I identified myself at the drive-thru speaker, at least 3 baristas started singing Happy Birthday. They also decorated my cup with birthday greetings and threw in a yummy cake pop for free. They really made my day. I wanted to leave them a nice tip, but the app wouldn't let me yet. Will add to my next order. Thanks so much, Brossard Baristas!
Had such a great experience at Starbucks, thanks to Serena! She was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming, and provided amazing customer service. Her positive attitude and attention to customers really stood out. It’s employees like Serena who make the experience so much better.
