My delivery order was probably canceled by the delivery person. No solution found by the restaurant.... Nor by Doordash, when ordering on the Sushi Shop website, I didn't even know that they subcontracted delivery! Not my problem! The restaurant told me: “we can’t do anything, and we don’t even have the delivery person’s contact details!” Truly incompetent!!! And no refund to date of course.....
I went in today, sunday may 21st 2023, to eat for lunch at your Sushi Shop franchise in Brossard, Quebec. I am a client, I purchased some food. The lady at the cash told me the bathroom was not for public use. They even put a sign that it was "out of order" on the door. After I ate my lunch, I decided to go in the bathroom anyhow to just wash my hands. I decided to try and flush the toilet anyways. Guess what, everything worked fine, sink, faucet and toilet bowl. I tried to call 5 times, the 5 times I was told to wait and it was cut off, I've been waiting since I ordered at 5 p.m. by Uber and it was supposed to arrive at 6 p.m. it's 6:40 p.m. and it's it is written that it will arrive at 7:30 p.m.
