Absolutely terrible service. It’s the first time I felt racial profiling at a Tim Hortons that I’ve visited for so many years.
The cashier, Mursal, aggressively rushed out of her station, stood in front of my face while pointing fingers and started shouting at me, because I stated out that my coffee was only 60% full and they questioned my honesty. Tim Hortons offers perfect service with courteous and responsive staff. Despite some negative opinions on coffee and doughnuts, this location stands out for its good food and great donut selection. The manager's care is evident through the polite staff and quality service, making it the best Tim Hortons in the area. The staff is nice, and the manager is always upset. There were 3 super nice ladies working and they were smiling and happy and friendly. Service was speedy and easy. This is such a nice change from all the other Tim's around. Tiny Tim's without a drive through, people who go there are regulars and will look at you if they've never seen you. If feels like a classic Tim's, no renovations, very nostalgic and they got some cool limited Tim merchandises by the counter on discount.
