I ordered a chocolate Sunday with extra chocolate. I specified that I wanted real chocolate for Sunday, not a syrup. Finally, I had a Sunday with chocolate syrup. It was really not as good! I went back to see the waitress and she confirmed that she had added the syrup despite my request because they no longer had the real stuff on Sunday. The lady is not happy!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. The staff member who prepared my sandwich had just mopped the floor and didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves while making my sandwich. He handled the chicken with his bare hands instead of using the proper tools and even chopped the chicken with his hands. When I raised my concerns, the manager brushed it off, saying their hands were clean and that this was standard practice. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of supervision and hygiene standards!

Ordered 2 double filet fish, and both came out single one after another… went to ask for a refill and then they had the audacity to reject it after making our orders wrong.. learn to make up to the customers, no wonder why the reviews are bad here

Take your McCafe order and tell you 15 minutes later that their machine is being serviced. Always in the morning between 6:30 and 7:30 during coffee hour, same thing 3 times in 3 visits. They then substitute your $5 coffee for a basic $2 coffee and refund you $1…. Thieves to avoid
