“The staff are very friendly. The subs are delicious and affordable. My only complaint is that there is no automatic door opening button which makes things difficult for me because of my Mobility issues. Once a staff member noticed me coming to the door and ran out to open the door for me but normally they are too busy and not in line of sight of the door.”

“Great time overall, we had the fish tacos and pizza, let me just say the pizza was WAYYYY better than I anticipated like one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the city??? Idk how that happened. Their lava cake was moist and hot- amazing too tbh. For the amount of tables and seats in the place, it gets so full and the number of workers is so low for the amount of customers it gets rly hectic. Ur servers are great at explaining the games, and just being there if u need them- there’s just not enough of them on a busy friday night!”

“We arrived at closing time after arriving from Montreal. The owner stayed open longer just for us. The scones are fantastic as was the almond cake. My daughter commented on the good coffee. After our snack we crossed the Alexandra Bridge and drove straight to Fort-Coulonge, Quebec.”

“We went this morning, on May 20th for our 48th wedding anniversary brunch. The food was incredible, the best we ever ate for breakfast. The waitress was excellent, so attentive and we were treated with a poached pear for our anniversary dessert. The food is exceptional, a must if you are in Ottawa in the Byward Market area.”

“Went to Fatboys for the first time tonight and it won’t be our last. After waiting for a seat we were met by the owner who welcomed us and told us we would enjoy the food and he wasn’t wrong we had the Kentucky shared platter and it was definitely filling and the price was affordable. Our server was Emma who filled our drinks and told us what food was coming and what dips were available. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Will definitely be back”
