Guests appreciate the tasty and well-presented dishes, with a special mention for the lobster tail cooked in clarified butter, which is melting and has a mushroom taste—truly excellent. The portions are satisfying, and the staff provides attentive service with good information on all the dishes. The owner also knows how to set the mood with humorous exchanges at times. Despite some doubts about the risotto and a small downside on the aligot, the overall experience is wonderful with exquisite flavors. The menu offers a unique wine selection, and the prices, though quite high, reflect the quality of the dishes. Booking in advance is recommended for a top-notch dining experience, and the restaurant is considered one of the best on the island, comparable to Montreal but with products from the islands.
