Brûlerie du Quai and Chaleur B Chocolat

Honestly, since this little discovery in May during my trip to see my family, it has become one of my favorites. Even back in Montreal I continue to order coffee from this place ❤️

Very cute place. Up to date as they say. Café au lait only one size: medium. Why then? I would have taken a large format for the road. Lots of foam, little extra liquid... in short, disappointing. I didn't feel like I had a really average format. We customers love our well-filled coffees! $5.87 + taxes for a small quantity: too expensive! Ditto the 51% milk chocolate bar. Congratulations on your international price... but at $8 for 40g... it comes to $200/kg!! I understand that it's artisanal... local, homemade, etc. but still: Too expensive!! And honestly... not that exceptional. Good, very good but nothing more. Especially not at $200/kg. We find very chocolates, yes commercial, but still of very high quality between 60-80$/kg. For service, 3 young women... but a little clumsy! A blatant lack of training.... But don't give up... because we need all around the Gaspésie of these pretty cafes/boutiques... at a little cheaper! ;-)

Really beautiful boutique with a modern and artistic atmosphere, while keeping this rustic and warm side of Gaspésie.

I had a flat white with oat milk, it was good, made with their Apero grains. I also bought another type of grain that I can't wait to try.

I will definitely return there on my next visit to the area for the atmosphere and to taste more of their products. ☕🍫

An espresso that tastes like filter coffee…

Wow. Great pumpkin coffee ☕️🎃 And what about desserts 🤤and chocolate 🍫. Great service and very nice atmosphere. You will find choice and quality products. xox I highly recommend this cafe.

L'endroit est super, mais extrêmement déçue de l'abonnement au café. Lorsqu'on s'abonne, on nous mentionne qu'on recevra entre 200 et 400g de café par mois et sur une année complète, je n'ai que reçu des 200g. Je peux comprendre qu'on m'envoie plus souvent des 200g, mais ZERO paquet de 400g c'est inacceptable.

Disapointed because we heard great things about the place. Most expensive coffee place I've seen. Wanted a latte but settled for a filter coffee, which was really watery and tasteless.

What a nice place. The coffee is famous. And the location is great. Too bad, they don't serve waffles anymore... it was so good!

I've always loved this place, the coffee is delicious, but my only question is: why is everything plastic now? Many businesses are making efforts to become eco-responsible. That would really be a big plus!
