I then called the restaurant to report the error, and in less than 15 minutes, a new burger was delivered to my door! I would like to thank the team for their efficiency in this situation. However, I received a small compensation for the mistake: a large creamy coleslaw… haha, the intention was there!“

“Je suis allé au Score St-Jean. Arrivée à 14 h, l’hôtesse mangeait. Elle est venue m’accueillir avec le sourire et m’a suggérée une banquette. La serveuse, Mélanie, est venue pour me donner le menu, tres souriante également. EXCELLENT service. Je vais définitivement y retourner. Bravo à ces 2 dames. Vous avez rendue mon dîner agréable.“

“mauvais service absents à l'écoute les serveurs et serveuse sont déconcentrer par leurs téléphones, la cuisson n'étais pas respectées selon la demande trop salée par la suite mais en général s'est bien bonne ambiance“
