“Although I’m not a Tims fan (specially because of the usual poor service) I often go followed by my kids requests.Surprisingly this is the first time ever that I saw a clean and organized Tim Hortons restaurant. Products were well displayed, food seemed fresh and were pretty organized on the shelves. Congratulations to the owner and her team on this Chambly’s branch. It seemed to be a good work environment, where staffs were all connected. That also was reflected in my order, delivered correctly as it should be (unfortunately that is not often on other branches). I was pleased to meet this store, specially because it is close to my house, pretty convenient but I was avoiding due to the bad experience I had on other stores. From now on, I will definitely consider to go there more often.“

“I've been here for three dates so far and the service is always a pleasure! They have good bilingual responses and are super welcoming!! The food is always very good and tastes unlike any other cafe I've been to :} it's very yummy!They also have tabletop games and cards, which are super fun to play. The aesthetic of the place is wonderful, sitting outside during summer is nice and refreshing, has a beautiful view of the water.I recommend it for parties of 6 max who are looking to have a cozy hangout or two who'd like a relaxing date like me and my girlfriend <3 (And Wally Darling)“
“Came here for a quick meeting and was happy to find such a carefully cared for coffee shop offering tasty pastries and great tasting specialty coffees. I tried the blueberry scone and it was quite good. I was told that the almond croissant is also tasty and delicious. We were blown away.We ordered the burger (of course) and we did not expect the size nor exquisite construction of this monster. Large slices of bacon, thick pickles, emmental cheese and a fried egg! Needless to say we devoured this with gusto. A side of deliciously spiced fries and a house mayonnaise complimented the burger perfectly.Absolutely mouth-watering desserts. It was the first time we'd had Banoffee Pie and it won't be our last. The affoagto came with a very unconventional KitKat in it but we love that!And to top it all off, starburst candy on the bill tray instead of mints!Those types of little details really enhanced our experience. This place toes the line between elevated and down to earth with flawlessly. A quality place without being pretentious. These young ladies who are working in the cafe are so sweet, fun, energetic and the best customer servers ever! The coffee tasted so amazing, the lady that was preparing it was so precise to a degree where she was using a scale to measure ingredients!! On a big lake with nice castles around I felt I was in Europe, the team of customer service where collaborating like a family!
