Stopped by for dinner last Friday evening after wandering around downtown Chambly and honestly the crepe with smoked salmon hit exactly the spot. The dining room had this cozy, laid back vibe that made it easy to linger over coffee for an extra hour. Our server was super friendly and even gave us a couple recommendations for a walk along the canal afterward. Definitely going back next time I'm in the area, worth the wait if you go around 7pm on a weekend.

Eggsquis serves a variety of dishes, including plates with eggs, pancakes, custard, and raspberry. While some customers have had positive experiences, with hot and delicious food, excellent daily juices, and friendly staff, others have reported issues with food quality, such as lumpy custard and salty potatoes. The restaurant's maintenance and cleanliness have also been called into question. Despite this, some branches, like the one in Chambly, are highly praised for their consistency and excellence.
