Nord Laboratoire Culinaire is a restaurant that stands out for the finesse of its flavors and outstanding service. Located on the shores of Lake Chambly, it offers a very welcoming atmosphere. The decor has some shortcomings, with a stencil-painted wall and a straw mural that detracts from the chic and contemporary ambiance. However, the menu features an ever-changing and exciting culinary experience, with excellent food presentation and great flavors. Guests can enjoy multiple affordable gourmet dishes and a perfect tasting menu with 4 courses, showcasing combinations of flavors that are out of the ordinary. The variety and freshness of the dishes, highlighted by items like Les morilles and la creme glacee a l'epinette, along with the warm atmosphere, make each meal a true taste adventure. The service is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable.
