“For anyone wondering if this is a good bar, it is! For years I was skeptical about this place because of its location but I was so surprised when I opened the door. You can’t tell from outside but the space is actually really nice and cozy and SUPER clean! Their bathrooms are spotless, their counters and fridges are so so clean, everything shines. I was served by a bartender that has been working there for 16 years, a beautiful lady with a great smile. “I had been warned that the smoke meat sandwich was a bit light on the portion side. They were not wrong. It still tasted pretty food but the fries were cold (thankfully, the Waitress got me a brand new, steaming hot mini-bucket of fries).

The problem is that Archibald has become complacent. I've been before both at the airport and in Montréal but the food and portions were better.

Just because you have a kepted-market doesn't mean the food has to be mediocre.
