The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. My partner and I dined in today on a Monday night, when we arrived there was almost no one there however we didn’t get our food until an hour after we ordered. The table who was seated 30 minutes after us received their food at the same time as us. Our server did not once check in with us and make sure everything was good or even apologize about it taking long. Instead she walked past us 4 times to be extremely accommodating to the table seated 30 minutes after us and offer them free drinks because their food was a little late. Meanwhile we were ignored the whole night. Horrible experience.

We've been there a couple of times in the last months, and I find that it is often understaffed. If we go for lunch during the week, it can take a lot of time to be served.
Once we went on a Sunday, the waiter was kinda awkward, almost like if he didn't know what he was doing, but the food was great.
Last Friday, we went for lunch. It took a while for the waitress to take our orders, and she never came back to ask if we wanted another drink. It took in total, from getting there to leave more than 1h30, I understand the staffing issue, but I'm not sure if I'll go again. It takes too much of my time every time.

Probably one of the worst poutines/service I've had. We were there on Tuesday for lunch. There were 3 empty 4-person tables on the patio. We asked the server if we could get a bigger table. Server said they are for 4 people, but there were 2 other couples who were sitting at the same 4-person tables. She reluctantly let us sit at a 4-person table but said we would need to move if 4 people come in. But again, there were 2 other 4-person tables available. Half way through our meal, the patio became almost empty. The server didnt do anything but just took our order, dropped our drinks and meals and never checked back until 45 mins after where we finally could ask for a box and a bill (the worst part is she even sat a new group right next to us and didnt even bother to check in). Gravy was sour and vinegary. The amount of smoked meat was sparce for a $19 poutine. Classice poutine was below average for a hefty price of $15. Curd cheese was bare minimum. No squeaky texture. I didn't tip the server because the service was bare minimum and she gave us a staring eye and toss the receipt on the table. If we are paying $15-20 for a poutine and didnt even get checked in for 45 minutes, why does she expect us to pay extra? Won't be coming back.
