They have the shittiest service! I ordered 2 medium mochas, and they gave me black coffee with whipped cream! I tried to explain what mocha is, and they said they don’t have it! Stupid! They don’t deserve 1 star!

Service is miserable as if you disturb the staff, tables are dirty and the bathrooms disgusting. Clearly the staff is not proactive at taking care of the place. It changed my mind to order any food, don’t want to imagine what I could find in my meal.

Cooking an egg appears to be beyond the capabilities of the staff at this location. 20 min wait and it has runny whites. This is the second (and last) time I stop here. First time was not great either. I thought McD’s had certain standards. I guess this location doesn’t. Avoid this location!!!
It's frustrating when you just want to grab a quick bite at McDonald's, but the counter is never open. Every time I visit, I'm forced to use the self-service screens to order, and honestly, they just don't work very well. It's a real hassle trying to get your order in, and it makes what should be a fast-food experience anything but.

Not just this location any McDonalds location in Quebec. They don’t understand Tea and Milk combination they will F UP your order no matter what. Even if you do online order for pickup at counter or drive thru.
I am a trucker and Quebec is the only province which do not understand Tea and Milk combination. They will replace with Cream and forget to put Sugar or Splenda even if you typed it in.
