Arrived 6:25 and decided to leave at 7:40 when it was still going to be more than 10 min more for us to get our appetizers.
Update: We were offered (for free) a main dish of someone who left due to the wait. And some of our other food came while we ate that. The wait staff were amazing and just felt bad for us and were doing whatever they could to get us fed.
The place is just taking more reservations (yes, we had one) than the kitchen can handle.

Went back with my girlfriends for the first time since the reopening. Had amazing drinks and great conversations around lovely food. Our server was the sweetest. We had to wait a little bit for our meals but it was not even a probably since we had opportunity to catch up but even then our server surprised us with a plate of ALL the deserts ON THE HOUSE!!! We forgot to ask his name but he was a young man with dark mid lenght hair and he was a great host. Thank you Meech and Munch

Food was mostly amazing. Great presentation and flavors. My better half Poke had wet soggy rice which we mentionnee to the waiter, took care of it. Service was above expectations. Will be going back. (P.s Jacob, amazing service)

Great spot in Chelsea! The beer and cocktails are excellent, and the food is just as good. Prices are very reasonable, especially when they have specials. Service is usually very good as well, though it can be a bit slower when the place is busy and staff is stretched. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

B'day lunch for my son. Excellent service from Jean Sebastien. My son had the Mackenzie Burger & I had the Steak & Frites. Both were excellent. Lovely ambience. We look forward to returning.

Came here today for the first time! Saw that they had amazing reviews (much deserved) and came to check it out. The food was amazing, Jacob was a gem. Just a nice little vibe all around :) Thanks for the full tummy!

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food: just two salmon tartares. When it finally arrived, the dish was warm (not in a good way) and the side bread was still frozen. We brought it up to the server, who apologized and explained they were understaffed. While they did remove our appetizer from the bill, the experience was still disappointing. If the kitchen can’t keep up, the owner really needs to invest in more staff.
