Warm baked brie with red grapes and toasted pecans ($23) was excellent. The Black Garlic Gnocchi ($24) was excellent minus the added chicken ($7) which was among the driest meats I’ve had at a restaurant. Service can be a bit slow at times.

Food looked amazing but the flavours were reallly not great at all. The squash soup tasted like it had perfume. And the gnocchi was really sour. Also everything is super expensive. The bruchetta flat bread was 24 dollars for an appetizer

Better polices need to be adopted around parking. $500 fines are handed to Ontariens. I had an updated license and even if I didn’t, the price charged is sickening to what it can do the average household.

Came here with my girlfriends to enjoy a nice dinner during our spa day at Nordik. We ordered the cheese board to start (which I forgot to get a picture of because we all dug into it so quickly) and it was delicious!For our mains, of my friends ordered the salmon and was very happy with it. Another friend of mine ordered the burger which as she said “not the best burger I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst.” It was a bit dry but the overall dish was well put together.I ordered the bolognese pasta which doesn’t appear to be on the menu anymore. However, if it does appear back on the menu upon your visit to this restaurant, I will say, it’s not a typical bolognese pasta dish. The sauce itself is on the chunky side and the dish is topped with mushrooms and green onions which, as an Italian, wasn’t what I was expecting when ordering a bolognese pasta dish. The taste/flavour profiles were great, it just wouldn’t be a dish I return to because I’m not big on mushrooms and chunkier sauces. If that’s something that sounds appetizing to you though, I’m sure you’ll be more than happy with the dish because the flavours were great. If I were to return, I would definitely order the salmon because after trying my friend’s dish I instantly wish I ordered that.The service was great, and it was so fun to dine in our robes, fresh from a sauna. I’d definitely recommend dining at this restaurant during your spa stay at Nordik.

Have enjoyed this restaurant, for many years now when visiting Nordik spa, but recently the meals were on an entirely new level! Had the Grilled Canadian AAA beef striploin with mushrooms and it was absolutely fantastic!!! Will be my go to meal, each time now (please keep this meal on the menu ?).

I went here with my sister during our day at the spa and the restaurant had a very relaxing and comforting ambiance. They were also very accommodating to seating us by the fireplace as we had asked. My sister got the reuben sandwich and I got the poke bowl and we also got the tahini platter to share. All the food tasted very fresh and was undoubtedly of good quality. The service was also surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. The portions were a bit too small for their price, but that was to be expected at a spa. Overall great experience and a nice way to treat yourself:)

Went here with my fiancé to enjoy a late dinner at the Restö after a relaxing day at the beautiful, local Nordik spa in Chelsea.To begin, we were promptly seated and greeted by amazing service. The individual handling the water was on point. Andrew, our waiter, provided an authentic, personalized waiting experience which elevated the whole meal on its own to another level. The vibes and decor are rustic and well-designed. Overall, the service was amazing.Now, the food was, for the most part, good. The bruschetta was amazing and I can definitely recommend you give it a shot. My four cheese ravioli was great. However, the Nordik burger was a little overcooked and dry (Although the dish itself was well seasoned and garnished). Dessert was on point too and I would definitely recommend the vanilla cheesecake.Overall, a pleasant experience. If you're already in the area and planning a trip to Nordik, make sure to give Restö a visit too in addition to the other bars and hospitality that the establishment offers, would recommend!
