We had booked a Christmas buffet. 3 hours later nothing was ready even though she had told us that everything would be ready 30 minutes earlier. We never managed to get our buffet. After 3 hours of waiting, we left with some leftovers in dishes that we threw away because they weren't good. No customer service and rude employees towards us. We had already paid $400 and no compensation or refund offered.

Billing $460 supposedly by mistake on. December 31, 2021, with no orders placed. No refund despite numerous calls/emails, promises but without results, until the day there were no answers at all. Only a dispute declaration on my credit card made it possible to obtain a refund. I had been doing business with this company for years, but the change in ownership collapsed the business.

You greatly contributed to the success of the wedding reception of my mother and her partner aged 81 and 90.Vol aux vents seafood, vol aux vents chickens, soup, salad, everything was perfect. Thanks to the young girl who did the service. Very helpful and professional.

450$ pour 6 tables d'hôtes et nous n'avons pas reçu ce que nous avions commandé. Je me suis dit qu'à ce prix j'aurais toute qu'une expérience culinaire. C'était d'aucune finesse, sans respect de ce qui était sur le menu. En plus de nous livrer autre chose que notre sélection. Et le summum....sont ces merveilleuses excuses du manque de personnel. Rien n'a été fait avec respect, que ce soit le ton qu'elle utilise avec nous, qu'elle nous raccroche la ligne au nez, ces excuses bidons, ces menaces si nous lui fesons une mauvais publicité. Le pire choix de ma vie et je vais m'en rappeler longtemps.

Me and my partner are regular customers of their menu every two weeks.For very high quality home meals at a lower price than a trio of fast food restaurants... this is definitely THE place to go.I also tasted their meals at a few corporate events, great again!Make no mistake: it's a catering service but also available at home for individuals!

I was expecting my Christmas dinner this evening to be delivered to my home around 5 p.m. but the delivery man did not find my address and returned to Chicoutimi without looking any further. If I had owned the restaurant, I would have returned it to do delivery. Please buy him a not strong GPS??
