4.5* Three out of four dishes were simply delicious! Perfectly executed and the flavors were there. The cocktail was very good too. The quantities are good. The only dish to review in my opinion was the sushi pizza, because the mayonnaise covered the taste of the lobster and the other ingredients unfortunately... The rice cake was also too thick, the avocados very blackened, the smoked salmon nowhere to be found and very little lobster for the price ($34). The atmosphere was ok, a little noisy and dark, and we were on a very small table stuck to the wall. It felt a bit like we were isolated. Otherwise, it’s quite expensive, but at least it’s delicious so it’s worth the cost!!!

My recent visit to Summum was disappointing. The food is put togheter witout a sense, the service was subpar, the atmosphere was overly noisy and it's quite expensive. Worst of all, I was charged twice due to a POS error. Overall, not recommended.

The dishes were quite well prepared.The waitress, Adelle, was very welcoming and attentive. She has a nice Quebecois accent which we really liked. She knew how to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.She exchanged a drink for us for free that didn't perfectly match our order.We highly recommend this restaurant.
