The St-Méthode bakery uses only quality Quebec products.When I spoke with the nutritionist telling her that we were eating this bread, she said, "Wow! that's the best choice. They don't put just anything in their breads." It is an excellent choice for quality and taste. They have a wide choice that will meet your high quality criteria.
