On Nov 4, 2024, while eating a junior whopper, I had a large brown hair in my whopper. Very disgusting. I said it and showed it to an employee who passed by me. She told me it wasn't me who did it. She offered to make me another one. At first, I said yes but I canceled I didn't feel like eating there anymore,

I made a mistake, ok, no big deal, I'm used to that happening: just need to apologize and let's start again! But no, the manager makes negative comments about her employees. This is by far THE BEST Burger King I’ve ever been to. New to Chicoutimi and have eaten here 3 times and all 3 times the food was amazing! Fries are always fresh, the poutine is sooo good and the impossible whopper is A1.
Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is the best vegan burger on the market.
