The Doolys of Chicoutimi is made quite beautiful. It’s a shame that the service doesn’t match the atmosphere and decor. Never seen such a rude waitress. I was there with a small group including my parents and we were all shocked by his attitude. In summary I was charged $50 when my bill was $17. The person who paid my $17 bill came to tell me that they had made a mistake. I was surprised to learn it like that. So I went to see the waitress to confirm that she had indeed made a mistake. She tells me that is correct. I then told her that in these circumstances she should have come to see me personally to offer to repair the mistake. Instead she said to me, "It's as much your fault as my fault, you just looked at the screen properly and just made an interactive transfer, it's really easy these days." It’s a shame that employees like her tarnish the chain’s reputation.

We were served upstairs by Evelyn, and the experience was frankly disappointing. Extremely slow service, lackadaisical attitude to every interaction and a constant feeling that she was overwhelmed and in a hurry, which she made sure to let us know.
When it came time to pay, only one person in our group of 10 chose not to tip due to the service received. A few minutes later, the security guard/bouncer came to reprimand us about this, although, unless I'm mistaken, tipping remains at the customer's discretion.
Luckily, we decided to go downstairs for our drinks, where we were served by Laurent. Impeccable service: fast, smiling and attentive, which clearly raised the level of our evening.

Perfect atmosphere for an office party, the buffet was excellent and hot. Lots of pool tables at our disposal and our waitress was very nice and fast! I recommend

went here for a friend's birthday, there were no pool tables available (no big deal, we didnt mind waiting and understood that this detail wasn't the bar's fault) however the barmaid ignored us when we asked if there was a way to "wait in line" for the table, then when we finally got her attention she rudely told us there wasn't. we got a few drinks (watered down juice charged at the price of alcohol) and our waitress was extremely short and rude with us and her coworkers. stayed for an hour and a half hoping we would maybe get a table and salvage our night but ended up leaving because the service was just too abysmal.

Not worth going to drink alcohol there, the drinks are too expensive and contain little or no alcohol, completely empty atmosphere, surprising... It was midsummer Also don't expect adequate service, you will be disappointed, I don't know if they were understaffed... But it was hard and the attitude of the waitresses was unpleasant.. and it's not for lack of tipping

Worst service ever! We asked our waitress to cancel our bottle of wine, only 1 minute after ordering, because we had an emergency but she reacted very badly. She started yelling at the back of the bar, forcing us to pay for our order. We paid and left without getting our order because we really had an emergency. The other barmaid apologized for her colleague's attitude, but I am very disappointed with this service and this experience, because I am used to having good service in this bar.
