I made a reservation for two on a Friday evening because I had never been to this restaurant and I was very surprised. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the waiters were always close when we needed anything. I highly recommend!

If there is more than 5 stars I would give it more than 5 stars. Nice warm contemporary ambience. Super friendly helpful polite staff and servers. The food is cooked perfectly. Fois gras is so delish. Duck is very tasty with a mixed of sophisticated tastes.Renaud did an amazing job taking care of all the customers!This will always be my dinner stop in Saguenay.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tout est parfait au Restaurant La Cuisine. L'accueil et le service opéré par la charmante Mélani est impeccable. J'ai mangé une assiette de bar rayé, c'était un délice! Et que dire de la crème brulé au foin d'odeur qui est à se jeter par terre! Gâtez-vous, c'est un moment plussss qu'agréable!

A wait of more than 45 minutes between the starter and the main course...We turned the pasta which was floury and what about the rest correct. Very disappointed my wife too. We will not return it sorry... A bill for $150....

More than satisfied with the zucchini flowers, bone marrow and mushroom powder chocolate cake!Only downside: the main course of lentils was a bit disappointing, and it would be nice to be given a description of the dishes during the services.All in all, a very nice evening.

Excellent restaurant. Nice decor, friendly staff and superb food We have been fortunate in Chicoutimi finding two excellent restaurants. La Cuisine was marginally better in our view but honestly not much to separate here and Bistro D in terms of food. La Cuusine is a larger restaurant but the food and service are of a very high quality. English menus for the non French speakers and our waitress certainly spoke fluent English and was able to answer all our questions. 5 stars from us and definitely worth a visit. Similar in price to Bistro D. Neither are cheap but worth the money given the quality.
Excellent wine selection - i had a Hungarian red (from Dúzsi Tamás, Szekszárd) which was the best red i had in a loooong time! Great food quality from local produce, prepared expertly. Worth a visit!!

Very nice restaurant! Food is fantastic I got the elks, and it is cooked perfectly. The other guy got ribeye and looks good. The parnips mash is creamy, and the accompanied vegetables are well done. There is a fern like asphagus-- I would order it just on its own. Nice place for fine dining and business setting.

We both chose seafood dishes as starters. Delicious! For the main course, my guest chose riz de veau (not sure how to translate that!) and I had the carbonara. Both dishes were very pleasing. We skipped dessert as we were full. The wine was excellent. Although this restaurant has a terrace, we elected to eat inside as it was very hot on the terrace. Service was very keen & friendly. It is very seldom that I comment on washrooms but these washrooms were especially cute. Someone went to a lot of trouble!! That is a good sign!! They want their guests to have a memorable dining experience!
