We arrived there with no reservation and they had 2 places left in front of the chefs cooking the pizza. We had such of great time watching them that time flew by fast and we ate an amazing meal. Would recommend this place if you are looking for good Italian pizza with a great atmosphere!!

Was a bit disappointed after seeing on here that they had a proper vegan menu that when I asked for one in the restaurant I was told they didn't have one but "could veganise many things" leaving me to my own imagination, so I went with a safe choice after finding at the bottom of the menu that they had vegan sausage and cheese as substitutes. There was barely any cheese on it, so little that I couldn't even see it at first. It tasted fine, but really wasn't worth the almost 30$

Really complicated menu and hard to order. Waitress was really lazy and didn't care. They forgotten our pizza topping and they served us with cold pizza. Really DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE....

Decided to eat here as it was the only place in Sangueny in the lonely planet. Pizza was delicious. Waitress was really friendly and helped translate anything we weren't sure about. Good atmosphere. Would recommend if you want a good pizza. ?

The Burrata pizza I had here was out of this world. The dough, the ingredients, the cooking was all perfect and the final result was fenomenal. We came here after a long day touring the region and boy was the pizza portion right for us, it was huge, but it was not heavy (as commerical/cheap pizzas tend to be), so it went down pretty well. The kids had the Margherita which they loved (they're not into exotic toppings!). My wife had the Garganelli pasta which was excellent too, it was not as large a portion as the pizzas but still a good and satisfying one. The service was quick and very efficient. When I recieved my plate there was a mistake in it (wrong additional topping), and I am not the kind to return it (...plus I was super hungry) but our waiter noticed it immediately and corrected the situation quickly without me even asking for it... I loved that. Diffinitely will be coming back here.

The pizzas here are some of the best we ever had. We particularly liked toscana pizza. Everything is fresh. View of outside is great too. Reasonable price too.

Second time editing this review: The owner keeps insulting me and harassing me over my honest review. It's been 5 months. I only complained about the food but the owner takes the prize. Stop harassing me.I editing my review after the owner contacted me over email. He was extremely rude.Sadly, I cannot recommend the food to anyone. I don't think they use fresh ingredients based on the response I got from the owner.We got a focaccia as entry that was obviously from the day before and a gnocchi dish that wasn't seasoned.The owner gave us an explanation that basically confirmed the bread was not the best and the gnocchi was not seasoned on purpose but didn't offer an apology or a solution. In fact, he got defensive. Not a very good look on this restaurant.Probably all the good reviews come from pizzas and the desserts, because those are good. But definitely one of the worst Italian restaurants I have been in my life.

The food didn't taste fresh and I left a message but the owner seems very aggressive! Then I came here to read all thecynical responses on reviews of 3-stars or under. Wow! I would be very careful, he may spit on your food if he doesn't like you. He seems to take things very personally. I would not order again, just to be on the safe side.

I ordered a pizza that had the option to be made vegan, I thought they would replace some non-vegan ingredients for vegan ones but instead they removed them and I was left with a flat, thin pizza bread with tomato sauce. That was my "vegan" pizza.It tasted average, the pizza crust was too thin, and the only other ingredient of my pizza which was the tomato sauce tasted ok.I came here because when I searched in google "vegan pizza Chicoutimi" this was the place that came up and with some reviews about it.It was very disappointing, and expensive. Don´t come here vegan people.
